Life Raft Rescue by Helicopter Swimmer at Sea

Dangling from a cable beneath a helicopter, a rescue swimmer in a helmet and harness reaches down to hold hands with a smiling child in an inflatable life raft. The child wears a life vest and sits in choppy, wavy water. In the cockpit above, a pilot in a helmet looks out the window, and a round rescue hoist sits by the open side door. Behind them are a lighthouse with a little house on a rocky island, distant hills, puffy clouds and two seagulls. This free printable suits kids who love rescue stories, and it could also fit a lesson on community helpers and water safety. Try an orange life raft and a red or yellow life vest so the child pops against deep blue waves, plus a red and white stripe pattern on the lighthouse.
