A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the oven body and control panel in sky blue, leaving the small knob highlights white.
- 2Fill the oven's inside back wall and side racks with charcoal gray, and add the walnut brown and espresso brown tones to the racks.
- 3Color the baking tray and its handles in cool gray, then fill the lower door panel in slate gray.
- 4Color all nine cookies golden yellow, keeping the small chips and spots in amber orange for a baked look.
- 5Fill the oven mitt in coral red with its cuff in the same red, and color the arm at the bottom right in peach skin.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the edges of the cookies and the mitt for depth.
