A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue seats and the stadium seating in the background, using medium blue for the seats and deep blue for the cap and the seat backs.
- 2Color the sky with pale blue and the stands and tree ttops with forest green, leaving the baseball and the shirt white.
- 3Fill the boy's face, neck, arms, and legs with peach, then add dark brown to his hair and the glove, and bright red to the cap brim.
- 4Color the hot dog bun peach, the drink coral red, and the spectators' shirts pink and forest green for a cheerful crowd.
- 5Add gray to the shorts and stands, and very light gray to the cup lid and sleeves, keeping the shirt buttons and collar white.
- 6Optional: Add a little medium brown to the glove and dark brown shading on the hair to give your drawing more depth.
