HWPD Police Car for Hot Wheels Fans
Coloring guide
A low, sleek police sports car takes up most of the page, drawn from a front three-quarter angle. The side reads "HWPD" and "UNIT 26," and a row of lights runs across the roof. Keep an eye out for the vented hood, angled headlights, big spoked wheels and the bold front bumper with small round lights. Behind the car, a pointed rocket blasts across a night sky, trailing a swirly flame and a puffy smoke cloud. Little stars are scattered everywhere. Thick, clean outlines work well for kids who like detailed vehicles but still want room to color. Deep blue or black for the body, red and blue for the roof lights, and orange and yellow for the rocket flames would all look great. Download the free PDF whenever you need a quick coloring break. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the main car body, hood, roof, and red side panels with fire red, leaving the white rocket nose and body untouched.
- 2Fill the windshield and side window with sky blue.
- 3Color the yellow stripes, front bumper panels, roof light bar, and rocket flame with golden yellow, and use pale yellow for the flame tip.
- 4Use medium gray for the hood vents, lower air intake, and wheel spokes, and light gray for the tire rims and wheel hubs.
- 5Fill the grilles, tire edges, and wheel wells with charcoal black, keeping small highlights white.
- 6Optional: Add darker shading along the lower edges of the red body and tires to make the car look more rounded.
