Kangaroo Power Suit Hop, a Wild Kratts Coloring Page

Coloring guide
Both look thrilled as a boy in a sleek power suit leaps alongside a hopping kangaroo. His fists are clenched, he's grinning wide, and his spiky hair bounces with the jump. Little kangaroo emblems decorate his chest, shoulder and boot, and there are chunky knee pads and boots to fill in. The smiling kangaroo has tall ears and a long tail, and a tiny joey peeks out of her pouch. The ground below has desert rock formations, grassy tufts and a few small stones. Bright orange or teal makes the kangaroo logos stand out on the suit, and warm tan and caramel browns fit the kangaroos. Download it as a free PDF for some screen-free time at home. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big kangaroo shapes: fill its body, tail, front arm, back leg and the baby joey's head with caramel orange.
- 2Color the boy's jumpsuit, sleeves, and pants bright blue, leaving his shoes, knee pads, and shoulder stripes white.
- 3Use skin peach for the boy's face, ears, and forehead, the kangaroo's lower belly and the joey's paws; add coral pink to the kangaroo's ears and the joey's inner ears.
- 4Add golden yellow to the chest emblem, belt buckle, collar, and wrist cuffs, use pale yellow for the boot cuffs, chestnut brown for the boy's hair, and dark brown for the kangaroo's nose.
- 5Finish the scenery: tomato red and rust red for the rocks and bottom stones, grass green for the small bush, and bright orange for the kangaroo's back foot.
- 6Optional: add light shading with a slightly darker shade of each color along the edges to make the jumpsuit and kangaroo look more three-dimensional, and leave the eye whites and teeth white.
