Kawaii Cupcakes on a Stand for Happy Birthday

Four smiling cupcakes sit on a two-tier stand with scalloped plate edges, two on the top and two on the bottom. Each one has a round happy face on its ribbed paper wrapper, with big sparkly eyes and a tiny smile. The swirly frosting is dotted with sprinkles, circles and little stars, and every cupcake has a striped candle with a flickering flame. A round knob and a center pole connect the plates, and a wide base holds the stand up. This free printable suits a birthday party table well, and the many small shapes will keep a child busy for a while. Try a different pastel for each cupcake's frosting, then bright colors for the sprinkles and stars so they pop. Save the candles for last and give each its own stripe colors.
