A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the faces, necks, and fists of both characters in peach skin, leaving the eye whites and the tiny highlights in the eyes white.
- 2Color Goten's spiky hair black and Trunks' hair lavender purple, leaving the bright spots on the hair white.
- 3Fill Goten's gi top, pants, and the orange sash parts in orange, and use orange for Trunks' sash and wrist cuff too.
- 4Color Trunks' shirt, pants, and side panels in teal green, then add royal blue to Goten's sleeves, socks, and the blue sash at his waist.
- 5Use golden yellow for Trunks' boots, bronze brown for Goten's shoe details, and dusky plum for the cuffs at Goten's wrist and shoe straps.
- 6Optional: Add a few darker strokes of the same colors along the folds of the clothes, and leave the background white.
