Kids Hanging Ornaments on a Christmas Tree

A girl and a boy stand on either side of a big Christmas tree, each holding up a teardrop-shaped ornament with a little loop and hook on top. A star sits at the very top of the tree, and a few more ornaments already hang from the branches, along with small pine sprigs drawn across the tree. At the base, the tree rests in a pot, and an open cardboard box next to it is filled with more ornaments waiting to be hung. A long, curly garland winds across the ground from one side of the page to the other. The girl has long hair and wears boots, a skirt, and a top with a pocket. The boy wears a striped shirt and shorts with a pocket. Both are smiling. Try coloring each ornament in a different color so the tree looks full, then use the box of extras to practice counting the ones left to hang. The page is free to print, and the large shapes are easy for small hands.
