Three Kids Reaching for a Beach Ball in the Swimming Pool
Coloring guide
Three happy kids stand waist-deep in the pool, hands open and reaching for a big striped beach ball floating above them. A smiling boy in drawstring swim trunks is on the left. On the right, a girl with a ponytail and a striped swimsuit grins as she watches the ball. The third child has spiky hair and is shown from behind up front, arms raised to join in. Splash droplets and wavy lines surround the group, and a round swim ring floats near the pool edge. A few leafy bushes peek out behind the tiled wall. Large shapes and simple lines keep this free printable friendly for small hands. Rainbow panels on the ball, a red swim ring and light blue water would be a fun combo. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the skin areas: color the arms, shoulders, necks, and faces of all three kids in a soft peach.
- 2Fill the big beach ball with red, golden yellow, sky blue, and leaf green panels, leaving the small white highlight near the top empty.
- 3Color the boy's hair on the left in chestnut brown and the boy in the water's hair in golden yellow.
- 4Add the girl's orange ponytail and hair, then the orange inner tube, leaving its white stripes unpainted.
- 5Color the girl's swimsuit in hot pink and light pink stripes with rose pink accents, and the left boy's red shorts in red with the blond boy's shorts in navy blue and bright blue.
- 6Finish with the green bush, light gray pool wall, bright blue pool tiles, and aqua blue water splashes. Optional: add a little darker shading under the kids to make them pop.
