Soccer Team with a Prosthetic Leg Player, Diversity & Inclusion
Coloring guide
A smiling boy dribbles a big soccer ball across the grass, and one of his legs is a prosthetic limb ending in a cleat-style foot. He wears a V-neck jersey, shorts and tall socks, and he looks thrilled to be playing. Behind him, a girl with a swishy ponytail and a boy with curly hair run along grinning, both in matching soccer uniforms and cleats. A goal with a net stands in the background, along with little grass tufts on the field and puffy clouds in the sky. It's a friendly page for showing kids that every player belongs on the team. If you color all three jerseys the same bright shade, like sunny yellow or royal blue, they'll look like teammates, and the ball can get a classic black and white pattern. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the big blue jersey and shorts of the central boy with royal blue, leaving the white sock and the prosthetic leg white.
- 2Color the boy's face, ears, neck, arms and shin with light peach, then use the same tone on the left girl's face and arms.
- 3Fill the boy's hair and the left girl's ponytail and hair with chestnut brown, and color the right boy's curly hair with dark brown.
- 4Color the left girl's jersey and shoes purple, and the right boy's jersey and shoes bright red, keeping the shorts and socks white.
- 5Color the grass and bushes with grass green, the clouds with sky blue, and the goal net with pale blue, leaving the ball's white patches and the prosthetic parts white.
- 6Optional: add a little charcoal black to the soccer ball's dark patches and the boy's shoe for a bolder finish.
