Kneeling Angel Child Praying With Folded Hands

A little angel kneels in profile facing left, with hands pressed together in prayer and eyes closed. The angel has short curly hair with a small curl near the ear, and wears a long buttoned gown with a gathered waist and a row of dots down the front of the sleeve. One large feathered wing is tucked behind the shoulder, with layered feathers and a pointed tip that curves out near the bottom. The bare feet peek out beneath the gown at the lower right. The lines are bold and clean, so it works well for crayons or markers. Try soft pastels on the gown, then use two or three shades of one color across the wing feathers to show how they overlap. It also makes a nice quiet activity for a calm moment, and you can print it free at home or in class.
