Kneeling on a puffy cloud, this curly-haired little cupid draws back his bow, a heart-tipped arrow ready to fly. In the upper right, small hearts drift off from the arrow tip, and the end of the bow curls into a pretty scroll. Feathered wings sit behind his shoulders, a draped sash crosses his chest, and cloth is wrapped around his waist. His bare feet peek out below the cloud. Soft fabric folds and loose curls leave lots of fun spaces to fill. Pale pink and gold would suit the wings and sash, bright red the heart arrow and floating hearts, and light blue the cloud edges. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the cherub's face, arms, hands, legs, and chest with peach, leaving the eyes and their white shine untouched.
- 2Fill the curly hair with golden yellow, adding a little extra in the curls.
- 3Color both wings and the fluffy cloud with pale sky blue, leaving the white cloth and background white.
- 4Color the red cloth flap on the hip, the heart at the arrow tip, and the small hearts floating at the top right with bright red.
- 5Fill the bow, including its top knob and handle, with golden yellow.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the cloud and wings with the same blue to make them look fuller.
