Lab Coat Girl Power: Scientist with Bubbling Test Tube
Coloring guide
Safety goggles on and a high ponytail up, this smiling girl holds a bubbling test tube in one hand. She wears a lab coat with a front pocket over a round-neck shirt. On the table in front of her you'll find a microscope on the left, a round-bottom flask with bubbly liquid in the middle, and a leafy potted plant on the right. Outlines are bold and the open spaces are generous, so preschoolers with chunky crayons can enjoy it, and older kids can add shading. Bright green or purple liquid makes the bubbles pop, and the lab coat looks great in crisp white or a pale blue tint. Use it for a science day, a classroom activity, or quiet time at home. - 3Fill the purple shirt under the lab coat with lavender purple, and color the microscope with golden yellow, charcoal gray and royal blue.
- 4Paint the flask liquid and bottom with sky blue or pale aqua, and color the flower pot burnt orange with leaf green leaves.
- 5Fill the test tube with hot pink liquid and pale aqua at the top, then add the bubbles inside.
- 6Optional: Leave the lab coat, lapels and plant stem white, and finish with the goggle strap in steel blue and a little rose pink for the open smile.
