Ladybug Relaxing on a Big Garden Leaf

Coloring guide
On a large curved leaf sits a ladybug with big round eyes, a little smile and two antennae curling up at the top. Big circle spots cover its rounded shell, which leaves roomy shapes for small hands to fill. Its short legs grip the leaf, and the leaf has a long center vein with a few curved lines branching off. Three small tufts of grass poke up along the bottom around the leaf. Bold outlines and generous spaces suit preschoolers and early crayon users. Bright red on the shell works well with the spots left white or colored yellow, plus two shades of green for the leaf and grass. It's a free printable for a quiet afternoon at home or a bug-themed classroom activity. This page is part of our Garden coloring pages collection — check out City and Solar System & Space too.
