Large Shark Swimming Upward Line Drawing

Large Shark Swimming Upward Line Drawing coloring page

Coloring guide

A big shark is drawn swimming diagonally upward, with its snout pointing toward the top corner of the page. You can see its open underside near the mouth, a small nostril, and a round eye with a little highlight inside. Five curved gill slits sit behind the head on the side of the body. The shark has a tall triangular dorsal fin, a pectoral fin on the left, a long narrow fin hanging down from the belly, a small rear fin, and a forked tail at the bottom right. The background is plain white, so there is plenty of room to add your own water. Try blending light gray on the back and white on the belly, then use crayons in blue for the ocean around it. It also works well for a classroom lesson on shark body parts, where kids label the fins, gills, and eye after coloring. The printable page uses simple, bold outlines that are easy for children to follow.
