Leaping Buck With Mandala Pattern Body

Coloring guide
A single deer leaps across the page in profile, facing left with its front legs tucked forward and its back legs stretched out behind. It has a small antler with a few short points, one pointed ear, and a short upturned tail. The whole body is filled with mandala-style designs, including round flower shapes with lines fanning out from the center, small triangles, and curved petal sections. The legs and neck have narrower stripes and segmented shapes. A little X-shaped figure sits near the middle of the body. Thin outlines and a mix of tiny and larger spaces make it a good fit for fine-tip markers or sharpened colored pencils. Try coloring each flower shape in its own color family, like warm oranges and reds on the chest and cool blues and greens along the back, so the leaping shape stays clear. It is free to print and works well as a quiet activity for older kids.
