Little Lamb and a Wheelbarrow of Easter Egg Hunt Finds
Coloring guide
A fluffy little lamb stands next to a wooden wheelbarrow heaped with decorated Easter eggs, looking down at them with big, curious eyes. The eggs come in lots of patterns to color, like zigzag stripes, polka dots, hearts, small flowers and wavy bands. Flowers and leafy sprigs are tucked in among them. A wooden picket fence and a leafy bush stand behind the lamb, and tufts of grass and a few blooming flowers sit around the wheel. Kids who like variety will enjoy the chunky egg sections as well as the finer details on the wheel spokes. Soft pastel pinks, purples and yellows suit the eggs, and warm brown wood tones on the wheelbarrow make them stand out. Grab this free printable PDF for school time or a rainy day. - 3Paint the bushes and grass with grass green, adding lime green to the wheel spokes and some leaves, and pear green for the lighter leaves.
- 4Color the Easter eggs with cherry red, sky blue, violet purple, bubblegum pink, blush pink and pale rose, mixing in stripes and dots as you like.
- 5Fill the flower centers with golden yellow and keep the daisy petals white, then finish the wheel rim with charcoal gray and the leaves with olive green.
- 6Optional: add a little slate gray shadow under the eggs and the lamb to make the scene feel more grounded.
