Little Mermaid Blowing Bubbles Beside Three Fish
Coloring guide
This chibi-style mermaid has big sparkly eyes and puckered lips, and she blows a shiny bubble from her fingertips. Three smiling striped fish swim along next to her. Her long wavy hair has a starfish clip on one side, and she wears a seashell top with a scalloped tail that ends in a wide, leaf-shaped fin. Bubbles of all sizes float up around her, so there are lots of little shapes to color. Little hands will find the tail scales and fish stripes easy to fill in. Soft purple works nicely for her hair and tail, with pink for the starfish and shell top and bright orange for the fish. Print this free page and add it to your growing stack of coloring sheets. - 2Color all the long flowing hair with bright red, working around the star clip.
- 3Fill the mermaid tail scales with teal, then color the tail fins and the tail base with mint green.
- 4Color the three fish bodies with golden yellow and add orange stripes and fins to each one.
- 5Color the bubbles with sky blue, leaving the shiny highlight spots white.
- 6Finish with the two shells in bright purple and the star hair clip in soft lilac. Optional: add a few darker teal strokes along the scales for depth.
