Story Time Troll Reading Under a Mushroom

Sitting cross-legged in the grass, a cheerful little troll with tufty hair, pointy ears and a round button nose holds an open book and smiles as he reads. A big spotted mushroom cap above him works like a cozy umbrella, and the curved lines underneath are fun to shade. A small round bird perches on top of the mushroom, looking down at him. Tufts of grass frame both sides of the page, and the troll's big hands and feet are easy for small crayons. This free printable fits story time, library days or quiet afternoons. For a color idea, try a red or orange cap and leave the white spots bare, then make the little bird bright blue so it stands out. This fits right in with our Trolls coloring pages — see also Huggy Wuggy (Poppy Playtime) and Talking Tom.
