Mermaid Reclining on One Arm With Wavy Hair

A young mermaid reclines on her side, propped up on one arm, with her head tilted and a gentle smile on her face. Her long hair streams out behind her in wavy lines, and a few strands fall across her shoulder. She has big eyes with eyelashes, defined eyebrows, and a small nose. She wears a shell-style top, and her bare tummy shows a little belly button. Her tail on the left is covered in small, uneven scale shapes that fill the whole fin. Her hand rests loosely near the bottom of the page. The scales are great for practice with small details, so try markers or sharp colored pencils in a few ocean shades, switching colors from one scale to the next. The big open areas of hair and skin are easy for younger kids to fill in. This page is free to print as many times as you need.
