Koala Mom Cradling Her Sleeping Baby

A big koala sits with her legs stretched out in front of her and wraps both arms around a small baby koala tucked against her chest. The mother has a gentle smile, round eyes, a large oval nose, and two big fluffy ears with jagged tufts of fur inside. The baby has its eyes closed and looks fast asleep, with a small round ear and a little nose resting near her arm. You can see the claws on her paws and feet, and the fur edges around her cheeks and ears are drawn with short pointed lines. The large open shapes of her body are easy for small hands to fill in. Try soft grays and browns for the fur, then pick a lighter shade for the baby so it stands out from the mother. It also works well as a conversation starter about how koalas carry and care for their young.
