Tumbling Ski Jumper and Viking Ship on Norway Flag
Coloring guide
A large Norway flag with its Nordic cross sits at the bottom of the page, drawn with a double-lined cross so the inner and outer stripes can be colored separately. On top of the flag, a cartoon skier in a round helmet and goggles tumbles in mid-air, holding two ski poles with a pair of long skis tilted beside him. To the right sits a Viking longship with a curled prow, a tall mast, a big square sail with fold lines, and a row of round shields along the side. The word Norway is written in brush-style letters underneath. This free printable works well for a geography lesson. Kids can look up the flag colors first, then color the cross and shields to match, and talk about why Norway is linked to skiing and Vikings.
