Oddbods Soccer Game: Kicker and Goalkeeper
Coloring guide
One big round character with a little tuft on its head is in the middle of a kick, sending a soccer ball rolling over the grass. A smaller friend stands in front of the goal with both arms raised, ready to save it. Both have wide smiling mouths and big shiny eyes, so the whole scene feels cheerful and playful. Behind them are a net-covered goal, puffy clouds, a row of bushes on a gentle hill and grass tufts scattered across the field. The ball's pentagon pattern and the large open shapes are easy for little hands to fill in. Bright green suits the grass, and giving the two players different colors makes it easy to tell the kicker from the goalkeeper. It's a free page to print for a fun afternoon. - 2Fill the goal net squares with lime green, and color the goal frame and both posts with silver gray.
- 3Color the hedge at the top left with grass green, and leave the clouds white.
- 4Shade the kicker's foot near the ball with amber, and fill the ball's black patches with charcoal while keeping the white panels clean.
- 5Color the kicker's open mouth with brick red and both tongues with coral pink, leaving the eye whites white.
- 6Optional: add light strokes of a slightly darker shade over the yellow and blue bodies to give them a bit more depth.
