One-Handed Cartwheel on Grass, Cheerleading Style
Coloring guide
Halfway through a cartwheel, a cheerful girl in a cheer uniform balances on one hand, legs stretched high in a wide V and her other arm reaching out to the side. She has a high ponytail with a big bow, a pleated skirt, a V-striped top and laced sneakers. Her happy open-mouthed grin gives the pose lots of energy. Tufts of grass and small daisy-style flowers cover the ground below, and two fluffy pom-poms rest in the grass on either side of her. The skirt, pom-poms and bow are large, so little hands can color them without trouble. Red and white would work for the uniform and matching ribbons, with sunny yellow or pink on the pom-poms. - 3Color the skirt pleats with royal blue, navy blue, mauve, and plum purple, and the top with bright red, adding maroon on the side.
- 4Color the pompoms with royal blue, navy blue, medium gray, light gray, mauve, rose pink, and coral red, keeping the stripes and edges white.
- 5Leave the shoes, shirt trim, and background white so the drawing stays bright and clean.
- 6Optional: Add a little medium gray shading along the shirt and pompom edges for extra depth.
