Pair of Easter Bunny Friends Hanging Eggs on a Tree

On the right, one bunny climbs a wooden stepladder and stretches up to tie a flower-patterned egg to a branch. Down on the grass at the lower left, a second bunny hangs an egg decorated with hearts. Each egg dangles from the leafy tree on a ribbon bow, and they're covered in dots, zigzags, stripes, flowers and hearts. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big bunny bodies: fill the gray bunny with light gray and the brown bunny with tan, leaving the tail fluff and the teeth and eye shine white.
- 2Color the ladder and the basket weave in golden brown, keeping the open gaps between the ladder rungs white.
- 3Paint the leaves and grass in bright green and forest green, and color the tree branches golden brown while leaving the tree trunk white.
- 4Fill the eggs next: bubblegum pink polka dot egg, cherry red flower egg, golden yellow striped egg, sky blue striped eggs, and tangerine orange dotted egg, leaving the white dots and stripes unpainted.
- 5Add the bows in bubblegum pink and lavender purple, and give the bunny inner ears a blush pink touch.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading on the bunny bodies and the eggs with a slightly darker shade of the same color for extra depth.
