Parachute Over the Farm Country with Skye (PAW Patrol)
Coloring guide
Under a large striped parachute floats a smiling puppy with big floppy ears, gripping the straps with both front paws and wearing a small backpack. Below, a winding path or stream curves through gentle countryside with rolling hills, round leafy trees, grassy tufts and a few flowers in the corners. Far off you can spot a red-roof style barn with a tall silo, a small house, a wooden fence and a couple of evergreen trees. Bold, clean outlines and roomy shapes make this free printable a good fit for preschoolers and early elementary kids. Try alternating bright colors like red and yellow on the parachute panels, soft greens on the hills and light blue on the winding water. The pup's fur color is up to the kids. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the parachute: color the top middle panels sky blue, and the other panels bright red or golden yellow in a checkered pattern, leaving the two small gaps near the dog's ears white.
- 2Fill the dog's ears, head, arms, legs, paws and tail with caramel brown, then color the open mouth tongue coral pink.
- 3Color the dog's belly and the lower body area cream white, and paint the backpack sky blue with soft beige straps.
- 4Paint the landscape: lime green for the grass, hills and riverbank, bright green for the bushes and round trees, and forest green for the pine trees.
- 5Color the river pale blue, then add the farm: slate gray for the barn roof, bright red for the barn and small house, and light gray for the silo. Optional: add slightly darker shading under the dog and along the parachute edges for depth.
