Polka Dot Party Hat With Stars and Confetti for New Year

Five outlined stars and a handful of small rectangular confetti pieces float around it. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the pompom, the three stars and the large yellow bands of the hat with golden yellow.
- 2Color the pointed tip at the top and the bottom rim of the hat with cherry red.
- 3Add the purple stripe in violet purple, the blue stripe in sky blue and the green stripe in grass green.
- 4Color the round dots: the upper dot and the left one near the bottom in cherry red and blue, the middle dots in violet purple and green, and the lower dots in coral orange.
- 5Finish the confetti strips with sky blue, cherry red and grass green, and leave the background white.
- 6Optional: add light diagonal strokes in the same colors for a textured look, and keep the black outlines bold.
