Peacock in the Garden, Color by Number (Adult)

This proud peacock stands in profile, its huge tail fanned out behind it and every feather marked with a detailed eye pattern. It has a small crest, a long curved neck, scalloped body feathers and thin legs with spread toes. On the left is a leafy tree with a cloud-like canopy, and there are rolling mountains, a smiling sun with rays, a few puffy clouds and bushes in the distance. Daisy-style flowers, rocks, grass tufts and a bit of water fill the foreground. With so many small sections, it's well suited to older kids, teens or adults who like patient, detailed coloring. Deep teal and royal blue on the tail eyes, ringed in golden green, give a shimmering look. Keep this free page handy for a screen-free activity at home.
