Picnic Time with Skye (PAW Patrol) and a Butterfly
Coloring guide
A fluffy puppy with long floppy ears is sitting on a checkered picnic blanket, and a butterfly has landed right on its nose. On top of its rounded helmet sit big goggles, which give the pup a playful pilot look, and its tongue peeks out in a sweet smile. Daisy-style flowers with leaves and tufts of grass surround the blanket. Up front you'll spot a woven basket holding an apple and what look like sandwiches or crackers, next to a round teapot with little flowers on it. The shapes are large and clear, so this free printable suits young colorers. Soft golden tan works nicely for the fur, purple and orange for the butterfly wings, and red for the apple. The checkered blanket is a good place to alternate two colors. This fits right in with our Skye (PAW Patrol) coloring pages — see also Rocky (PAW Patrol) and Rusty Rivets.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start by coloring the dog's body, head, tail and chest fluff in honey gold, then fill the ears and back leg with caramel brown.
- 2Color the helmet in rose pink and baby pink, add the rust brown strap, and fill the goggle lens with sky blue.
- 3Fill the checkered tablecloth with baby pink squares and bright red squares, alternating them like a picnic blanket.
- 4Paint the teapot in sky blue, the apples in bright red, the basket in caramel brown, and the crackers and dog muzzle in cream.
- 5Color the butterfly wings lemon yellow, the leaves and grass in leaf green, and the flower petals in bubblegum pink, leaving the flower petals in the background white. Keep the dog's eye whites and flower centers white for a bright look.
- 6Optional: add a slightly darker shade of caramel brown along the dog's ears and basket edges to add depth.
