Winking Pirate Girl with a Spyglass
Coloring guide
This pirate girl winks one eye as she looks through a spyglass, leaning on the railing of her ship. Her big tricorn hat has a skull and crossbones and a long curly feather, and her two braids are tied at the ends. She has a loose shirt with rolled-up sleeves, a wide buckled belt, a diagonal strap across her chest and a gathered skirt. Behind her you can see rope netting on the mast, part of a sail, three seagulls and fluffy clouds in the sky. Wooden balusters along the rail give little ones some easy shapes to fill in. The large open areas on the hat and clouds are good for chunky crayons, while the belt, rope ladder and spyglass reward careful pencil work. Deep red for the hat and soft sky blue behind the clouds would look nice. Print this free page for a classroom project or weekend craft.
