Prancing Unicorn with Long Curly Mane and Tail

A young unicorn walks to the right with its head turned back toward us. One front leg is lifted and bent, and the other legs are set wide as it steps. A long spiral horn rises from its forehead, and it has a pointed ear, a large eye with lashes, and a small curved mouth. The mane is the star here, with big loose curls around the head and long wavy strands falling down the neck. The full tail swoops up and over in thick ribbons that end in little curled tips. The hooves have small pointed tufts of hair at the ankles. The body is left plain, so there is lots of open space to color. Try a soft gradient on the mane and tail, such as pink fading into purple, and keep the horn a bright contrasting shade. The curls also give younger kids good practice coloring inside small shapes.
