Rainbow Dash Leaping Past a Lightning Bolt Cloud, Equestria Girls
Coloring guide
Rainbow Dash from Equestria Girls bounds through the air with a big smile, one hand on her hip and the other fist raised, ready for action. She has pony ears, long hair with a streaked fringe and feathered wings on her back. Her outfit is a striped top, a layered skirt, a tied sash with a tail-like ribbon and tall lace-up boots with little wing details. A big cloud and lightning bolt sweep across the page behind her, with a smaller cloud-and-bolt emblem near the bottom right. Clean lines and lots of open space make it work for kids who like large areas as well as small details. Go bright rainbow on her hair and the bolt, and soft blues on the cloud. It's a free printable PDF that's handy for classroom time or a rainy day. If you enjoyed this Equestria Girls page, don't miss our Cutie Mark Crew (MLP) and Rainbow Dash (MLP) coloring pages.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big cloud shapes, the lightning bolt background and Rainbow Dash's skin, face, arms and legs in pale sky blue, leaving the eye whites, teeth and little shine spots white.
- 2Fill the wings, the dress and the tail with cerulean blue and royal blue, and color the boots and socks in royal blue.
- 3Color the rainbow mane: red at the top, orange and lemon yellow in the middle, grass green and pale green lower down, with a few purple strands.
- 4Add the rainbow stripes on the lightning bolt in red, orange, lemon yellow, green and deep purple, and color the small cloud and small bolt to match.
- 5Optional: Finish with light pink for the mouth, hot pink for the tie, and gently add darker blue shading under the skirt and boots for depth.
