Rainbow Painter Fairy with Bucket and Brush
Coloring guide
Swooping over the top of a big rainbow, a smiling little fairy holds a paint bucket in one hand and a long paintbrush in the other, as if she's giving the outer arc a fresh coat. She has a hair bun with a flower on her headband, wavy strands by her cheeks, large butterfly-style wings, a petal-shaped skirt and ballet-style shoes. The rainbow is made of several wide bands, so every stripe is simple to color. Two fluffy clouds sit where it ends at the bottom corners, and a few four-point sparkle stars float around the page. Kids who like bold lines and clear sections will have fun with this free printable. Give each band its own shade, add pink or lilac wings, and match the bucket to the stripe she's painting. - 2Fill both clouds and the wide wing edges with pale sky blue, leaving the background sky white.
- 3Color the fairy's wings with lavender and soft blue, then add the soft pink skirt petals and the dress top in hot pink.
- 4Use peach skin for the face, arms, hands, neck, and legs, and warm brown for the hair, bun, and ear.
- 5Paint the bucket light gray and its paint golden yellow, then color the brush handle warm gray and its paint golden yellow.
- 6Optional: Finish with the flower in hot pink and the star in golden yellow, leaving the small hair shine white.
