- 1Start with the big wing shapes in sky blue, coloring the left and right wings and the wing pieces behind the figure.
- 2Fill the dress with royal blue for the tiered skirt and bodice, then use pale sky blue for the ruffle and the lighter tier.
- 3Color the skin areas (face, neck, arms and hands) with peach skin, and the boots in royal blue with golden yellow straps and heels.
- 4Add the hair in lemon yellow and pale yellow, with golden yellow streaks and a soft tan highlight, and color the hair bow in sky blue.
- 5Color the gems in hot pink centers with soft blue and sky blue petals, and keep the eye whites white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker navy blue along the boot edges and under the skirt for a bit of depth.
