Red Barn Scarecrow Surrounded by Pumpkins

Arms stretched wide, a smiling scarecrow in a straw hat, plaid shirt and patched overalls stands over a busy patch on this farm scene. Up front, a big ribbed pumpkin sits among smaller round pumpkins, a long bumpy gourd and a warty squash, all wrapped in curling vines and large leaves. Farther back, a wooden wheelbarrow carries a load of harvested pumpkins near a barn with a cupola and a tall silo. A wooden fence, leafy trees and a few birds flying under puffy clouds finish off the background. Big shapes and small leaf details together suit a range of ages, so it makes a good quiet afternoon activity. Warm oranges and yellows fit the pumpkins, and bright red and blue squares can brighten the scarecrow's plaid shirt. This free printable is easy to download and print.
