Rowboat Ride for Ariel and Eric in The Little Mermaid
Coloring guide
A small wooden rowboat carries Ariel and Prince Eric in this peaceful scene from The Little Mermaid. Eric sits on the left in a loose shirt, smiling and holding the oar. Across from him, Ariel has long wavy hair, a big bow on her head and a simple dress with puffed sleeves. She leans forward, hands resting on the edge of the seat. A carved decoration with a little creature sits at the front of the boat, and a small frog-like critter clings to the oar blade near the water. Gentle ripples circle the hull. Plank lines on the boat and swirly water give kids lots of room to practice careful coloring. A small color preview in the corner shows one way to finish it. Bright red hair, a sky blue dress and a warm brown boat could work well. Print this free page for a classroom project or weekend craft.
