A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the sky in sky blue and the big hills and ground in light green, leaving the sign and chairlift areas for later.
- 2Color the bushes and the bottom-left bush in grass green, then fill the chairlift seats and cables with light gray and warm brown.
- 3Fill the hair and cable details with warm brown, adding pale gold highlights on the top and side of the hair.
- 4Color the face and arm in light peach, leaving the eye whites and the smile unpainted, then add the goggle lenses in sky blue and golden yellow on the sign panel.
- 5Add bright blue to the jeans and sleeves, caramel brown to the glove, and tomato red to the board and shoe trims, finishing with cream on the shoe soles.
- 6Optional: Add a slightly darker shade of warm brown along the hair edges and under the chin to make the drawing pop.
