A grinning crab sits on the sand in front of a tall sandcastle, both claws lifted as if it's proudly on guard duty. The castle has two crenellated towers with arched windows, a lower middle section with a rounded doorway, and a small pennant flag flying from the right tower. Down in front are a little bucket with a curved handle and a toy shovel, resting on wavy sand lines speckled with tiny dots. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the castle towers, battlements and middle wall with soft gold, leaving the castle walls around them white.
- 2Color the crab body, both claws, both arms and all the legs with coral, keeping the eye whites and eye shine spots white.
- 3Color the crab's smile with pink and fill the castle gate and tower windows with warm brown.
- 4Color the bucket body and its bottom with sea green, then add bright yellow to the rim band and handle parts.
- 5Color the shovel scoop and handle with sky blue and the grip with pale blue, then color the flagpole top dark brown.
- 6Optional: Add a little sand yellow shading under the crab legs and along the sand to make the scene feel warmer.
