Santa Claus and a Snowman Building a Giant Snowball

Leaning forward with both mittens on a huge snowball, Santa looks ready to roll it across the snowy ground. He's smiling, with a fluffy beard, a pom-pom hat and a fur-trimmed coat, plus a belt and chunky boots. Next to him is a cheerful snowman in a striped knit hat and a long striped scarf with fringe. The snowman has a carrot nose, a happy face and three round buttons down the front. Two snowy evergreens fill the background, and small tufts of snow are scattered over the ground. Large shapes and clear outlines make this free printable easy for younger kids. Red for Santa's suit and hat is the obvious choice, and bright blue and yellow stripes would look good on the snowman's scarf and cap. The snowballs can stay white, or you can add pale blue shading for a chilly feel. This fits right in with our Santa Claus coloring pages — see also Disney Christmas and Christmas for Kids.
