Shinobu Butterfly Hair Ornament Portrait, Demon Slayer
Coloring guide
Shinobu Kocho smiles in this line-art portrait, drawn from the chest up with her head tilted a little and her eyes half closed in a calm, knowing look. A large butterfly hair ornament with patterned, cell-like wing sections sits at the back of her head, and her short layered hair falls around her face. She wears the high-collared Demon Slayer Corps uniform, with a round button and a small rectangular patch on the chest. Bold, jagged black lines cross the shoulders, so a few areas are already filled in. Without a background, there's plenty of white space to work with. Soft purple or lilac would suit the butterfly wings, with deep violet tones for her hair. Pick up the free printable PDF for a screen-free activity at home. - 2Color the face and neck with pale peach, and add tan peach to the neck shadow area near the collar.
- 3Fill the butterfly hair ornament wings with mint green, then use sage gray on the lower wing section for depth.
- 4Add violet purple to the loose hair strands at the bottom left and the tips near the chin.
- 5Color the sleeves with mint green and the collar with light silver gray, keeping the white stripes on the shoulders blank.
- 6Finish with golden yellow on the small round button and keep the eye whites, logo ring and name badge white. Optional: add a little midnight black to the darkest hair shadows and jacket folds.
