Simple Pear With Stem and Large Leaf

Coloring guide
A single pear fills the page, with a rounded bottom and a narrower top that curves in toward a short, bent stem. One large leaf is attached near the stem and hangs down along the right side of the fruit. The leaf has a wavy, scalloped edge and several curved vein lines that divide it into wide sections. The pear itself is left plain and open, with no spots or patterns inside, so there is a big area for coloring. Thick, bold outlines make it easy for little hands to stay inside the lines. Try yellow or light green for the pear and a darker green for the leaf, then use a brown crayon on the stem. Younger kids can also practice naming the parts: stem, leaf, and fruit. It is a good printable for a quick fruit lesson.
