Skyscraper Street in Minecraft Blocks

Turn this page sideways and you'll see a long, blocky city street racing toward a far-off vanishing point. Tall buildings with grids of window panels line one side, and a checkered, tiled surface fills the top corner. Midway down the street stands a small pixel-style figure, with square-leaf trees and a patch of speckled, pebbly ground close by. A little tower sits in the foreground. All those straight perspective lines suit older kids who like rulers, patience and detail. Cool blues and silvers for the skyscraper glass, leafy greens for the trees, and warm grays and browns for the ground work well. Print or download it free for a class project or weekend craft.
