Sleeping Angel Resting on a Cloud Pillow

A little angel with short bangs and small feathered wings lies on its tummy with one cheek tucked against a puffy cloud pillow, eyes closed and a gentle smile on its face. The angel wears a long, plain robe with the feet kicked up behind. Up in the corner, a crescent moon with a sleepy face wears a floppy nightcap with a pom-pom, and a single five-point star sits just below it. A wavy cloud line runs along the bottom of the page. The robe and the wide open spaces are easy for small hands to fill in. Try soft blues and purples for a nighttime feel, then save a pale yellow for the star and moon. This page also works nicely for a bedtime story hour, since kids can talk about what an angel might dream about while they color.
