Bedtime Snuggles Under a Rainbow, True and the Rainbow Kingdom
Coloring guide
With his eyes closed and a gentle smile, a little tousle-haired boy sleeps wrapped in a big cozy blanket, hugging a fluffy sleeping creature. The small pet has shaggy fur, tiny horns on its head and a sweet little nose, and it snoozes right against his cheek. Overhead, a crescent moon and several star outlines fill the night sky, with a rainbow arching over soft clouds on both sides. A grassy hill with little grass tufts runs along the bottom. Young kids can color the large open shapes like the blanket, moon and rainbow, while the fur and hair give older children more detail. Soft purples and blues suit the blanket, and warm yellow is nice for the moon and stars. It's a free printable for bedtime or quiet time. This fits right in with our True and the Rainbow Kingdom coloring pages — see also Anime Style and PAW Patrol.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big blanket at the bottom and on the left and right sides with light blue, leaving the sky and background white.
- 2Fill the boy's hair with warm brown and his face and ear with peach, keeping the closed eyes and smile lines dark.
- 3Color the puppy's fluffy body cream, then add soft brown to its paws, horn, and the spot on its forehead.
- 4Use royal blue for the boy's pajama sleeve, the arm, and the darker folds in the blanket, then add sky blue along the right blanket edge.
- 5Finish the rainbow with red, orange, golden yellow, and royal blue bands, color the moon and stars golden yellow, and leave the sky white. Optional: Add a little extra shading on the blanket folds with a darker blue for depth.
