Young Beekeeper Holding Up a Honeycomb Frame With Bees

A smiling young beekeeper in a veiled hat and full protective suit holds up a wooden frame of honeycomb, and a few bees crawl across its hexagon cells. Two stacked wooden beehives stand on either side of him, each with some bees buzzing near the entrance. The garden behind him has leafy trees, bushy shrubs, a wooden fence and distant hills, and more bees fly through the air. Daisy-like flowers, tall spiky blooms and grasses fill the front. Since the honeycomb frame is the focal point, golden yellow and warm amber would look great on the cells and the bee stripes. Soft greens for the trees and bright petals on the flowers round it out. The mix of big areas and small details keeps kids who like variety busy, and it could start a chat about how beekeepers look after their bees. Free to print. This fits right in with our Bee coloring pages — see also Puppies and Cats.
