A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start by coloring the big heart at the top bright red, and fill the girl's dress with coral pink, leaving her white collar free.
- 2Color the boy's t-shirt, including its collar, sky blue, then fill his shorts and both sneakers with royal blue, leaving the white soles and laces unpainted.
- 3Fill the faces, arms, hands, and legs with peach skin, and color the boy's hair chestnut brown and the girl's long hair golden yellow.
- 4Color the open mouths dark red and leave the socks, collar, and sneaker soles white so they stand out clearly.
- 5Optional: Add a little extra shading with a slightly darker shade of each color along the folds of the clothes and under the hair for more depth.
