A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the grass in the field and the patches behind the fence with lime green, and the bushes and trees in the background with leaf green.
- 2Color the infield dirt strips and the bat with golden tan, leaving the home plate white.
- 3Color the chain-link fence and the fence edge with sky blue, keeping the baseball and the sky white.
- 4Color the jersey, sleeves, cap, socks and cap brim with bright red, then use deep red on the cap brim.
- 5Color the face, hands, arms and neck with peach skin, the hair with chestnut brown, the shoes and belt with charcoal gray, and the open mouth with coral pink. Keep the pants, eyes and laces white. Optional: add a little darker shading in the same colors for depth.
