A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the floor mats in a checkered pattern of bright blue and coral red, leaving the thin gaps between the mats white.
- 2Color the boy's hair warm brown and his face, ears, hands and feet peach skin, keeping the eye whites and smile teeth white.
- 3Color the window glass pale sky blue and the window frames dark wood brown, then fill the door panel and dojo sign with light wood tan.
- 4Color the wooden wall rack caramel brown and the belt bright red, wrapping it around the waist with the tails hanging down.
- 5Leave the karate uniform and the dojo wall white, so the gi stands out against the colors.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading on the floor mats and under the raised leg for depth.
