Sweet Baby Bunny Hugging a Carrot
Coloring guide
Leaning back in a cozy woven basket, a cheerful little bunny hugs a big carrot, its leafy green top sticking out to one side. The bunny has tall upright ears with inner outlines, big shiny eyes, a tiny nose, two front teeth in a happy open smile and long whiskers on each cheek. Round foot pads with little toe beads face forward, and a soft blanket or cushion bunches up around the bunny inside the basket. Three simple flowers with rounded petals sit at the bottom beside the basket. Thick, clear outlines make this easy for younger children, and it suits Easter or spring activities. Pastel pink inside the ears and on the foot pads goes nicely with an orange carrot and green leaves. A sweet free printable for a quiet afternoon. - 2Color the bunny's paws and feet, the basket weave, and the basket rim in tan and honey yellow, leaving the bunny's face white.
- 3Fill the carrot with bright orange and its leafy top with leaf green, then add the flower and leaf greens around the bottom.
- 4Color the flower centers sunny yellow and the small flowers baby pink, leaving the flower petals white.
- 5Use warm brown for the darker basket bottom and edges, and baby pink for the nose, mouth, and foot pads.
- 6Optional: Leave small white highlights in the bunny's eyes and cheeks to make them sparkle.
