Insects Page: Butterfly with a Big Smile on a Daisy

Here's a happy butterfly with round dot eyes and a big grin, sitting on top of a large flower. The wings are full of swirling spirals, rounded petal shapes and rows of circles in different sizes, so you can color one section at a time. Two curly antennae with ball tips rise from its head, and the body is divided into little stripes. The flower underneath has a center ring of tiny dots, wide rounded petals, a long straight stem and two leaves near the bottom. Big open spaces work well for crayons and chunky markers. Purple and pink on the wing swirls, bright yellow in the flower center and green on the leaves would look great. It's a free print for a classroom project or a weekend craft.
